Over a dozen club members enjoyed a picnic supper at Sayler Park and talked about past trips, future trips, and boats. After supper we launched our kayaks in East Bay, and paddled north along the shoreline for about 30 minutes, and then turned around and came back. Although there were some heavy looking clouds at times, we never got any rain. There was a gentle breeze out of the north that kept the bugs at bay, so it was a perfect summer evening.
