Cool morning before the holiday crowds with TAPC friends Kathy Pilon, Jocelyn Trepte, Mike R, Jacqui Morgenstein & Bob Fitch. We were in 3 solo Sandpiper canoes & 3 kayaks. The water was very low so lots of gravel bars.
We paddled from The Forks CG to the West End Bridge, where a group from Grand Rapids offered to carry our boats up the steps to the parking lot.
Afterwards, we enjoyed lunch at Peegeo’s. Only a few leaf changes so far. I love fall hiking & paddling.
