Despite the low water level (we didn't get the hoped-for rain Wednesday night), Howie, Paul W., Ron, and I had a great afternoon for our first Beitner Rapids run of 2025.
So, quoting Dragnet's Joe Friday, ("Just the facts, ma'am,") here we go!

No other paddlers on this section
Left tube taken at put-in
Downstream of put-in, 1 large tree across entire river
No Attempt at doing the limbo on river right under above-referenced tree
1 portage on river left due to above
Numerous mid-stream rocks present for river play
Lone Pine rapid tricky bit on river right no longer present; at least 1 paddler expressed disappointment
1 capsize at nasty log jam: no injury or damaged/lost gear
Islands now present near Cass Road takeout, with sufficient water to paddle either side
