Come join us for a morning trip on the Boardman, only 30 minutes from downtown TC. You will marvel at the remote feeling you get without going very far from home.

We will meet at the Forks Access at 9.00 aiming to run the shuttle at 9.30. We'll take a short break for a stretch and a snack at Scheck's, and proceed downstream through the new section of the river that has replaced Brown Bridge Pond.

There are several fun riffles along the way. It's a good place to practice maneuvering in current and practicing back ferries.

Paddling time should be about 3 hours. Bring your usual paddling gear, ropes for the bow and stern, a water bottle and a snack.

We have opened this trip to more paddlers than usual so we will probably have to run 2 shuttles. Therefore please don't sign up for this trip unless you are willing for your car to be one of those shuttles.
