PFD's required. Stay within sight of one another. Wait for people to catch up. Bring a pump, if you have one. Bring adequate water. Bring a lunch.

About this event

This is one of our favorite rivers. There is one rapid, the rest of the river is fairly mild. 75 mi. from TC. We'll have a leisurely lunch along the way, so bring a chair. Bowman Bridge to Upper Branch Bridge. Appox. 13 miles and 4 hrs. Very easy with a sand bottom, rocky in areas with lots of riffles. Senior park pass or $5/car. Bring something to sit on. Be ready to shuttle at 11:00.
