Thanks to Pine River Paddlesports for the shuttle since no one joined me today. I could have done a bike shuttle but wanted to play euchre with my neighbors at 3:30 PM in Interlochen, if I finished early enough, which I did! This was my first paddle on the Pine for the season, from Dobson Bridge to Low Bridge, riding lots of riffles, yee-haw!!! Spotted a muskrat, mergansers, trillium & marsh marigold. This is my favorite section, 14 miles in 3 hrs. Only one fisherman & 6 kayakers. Warm 70-80s with a light breeze.
