September 22 Upper Platte

Half of the group met for lunch at Rico's before the trip, while the rest were ready to go when we arrived at the access an hour later.  The temp went over 90 degrees, and there were both planned and unplanned swim breaks.  Great blue heron sighting.  A bit of walking as we crossed the lake, but it felt good to be in the water!
