June 8 - Pine, Dobson to Low Bridge

Published on 6/8/2019
Our first TAPC Pine paddle from Dobson Bridge to Low Bridge, 14 miles at normal level but lots of riffle fun, which was a great intro for our Sturgeon paddle next Tues. We spotted a family of Canada geese, swallows, columbine, wild roses, and a Max (poodle) impersonator. Thanks Ron C for helping with the shuttle, Bob F, Angie & John W for your companionship. I love paddling the Pine since one of the fastest in the Lower Peninsula, and well-kept by the hard-working & talented Pine River Paddlesports team, Mark, Jake & staff members.
