Stunning weather: sunshine and not much wind, temps in the mid-70s, with no humidity. Great blue herons, mergansers, 3 sand hill cranes, a few fishermen. Hardly any other paddlers - glad we came on Sunday. Apparently it was really crowded on Saturday. Lots of time to chit-chat on the river. Great lunch spot with some sun, some shade. Ran shuttle at 10, off the river by 2:15. Very clean trip!
