Summer Solstice paddle & picnic
Meet at Henry Eckhardt/s house at 4:00PM for a paddle expedition to the nature preserve on the east end of Skegemog Lake. Long boats 12' + suggested with spray skirt in case the wind turns on. PFD's and stay together for safety protocol.
A Potluck picnic, approx. 7PM. Bring a dish to pass, eating tools , your favorite beverage, and a lawn chair. Henry will provide a gas grill, hotdogs, brats and trimmings. In case of rain, we will still have a 7 pm INDOOR potluck. After dinner there will be a waterside campfire, bring your stories of Druid and Viking solstice rituals!
