Lower Boardman River Cleanup

My congratulations go out to the Michigan Backcountry Hunters and Anglers for the impressive cleanup they held on the lower Boardman River and Boardman Lake on Saturday, May 15.
This was their first attempt and it was well done and very successful. The Boardman River Clean Sweep and the TAPC was very happy to assist them in every way and we had a great time, too, in the process.

This is Delaney: She is a graduating Senior student at Kingsley High School and she came to help. She volunteered to paddle with me even though she gets sea sick and has never been in a canoe in her life. She did great, learned fast, was as strong paddler and took a lot of trash out of Boardman Lake. Here is the broom she found for our "Clean Sweep".
