We‘ll go from Lovells to Jackson Hole with a stop at Dam 4 for lunch.
This is one of the prettiest rivers we paddle and it is never trashed, so we have a fun day without much work.
We‘ll meet at the Homestead Dam at 9:00am
We‘ll work with the Benzie CD to do this fun and important project.
Bring some work gloves, a sharp knife and some pliers and be ready to do some fish hook and fishing line removal from trees.

National Cherry Festival Cleanup

We‘ll paddle the downtown section during the National Cherry Festival.
It‘s a fun day and The BRCS will buy you a "BK COUPON Lunch" which is one where we buy the food CHEAP and you eat it. NO SPECIAL ORDERS (except for what is allowed by the BK company). Don‘t worry. You wont go home hungry.

Boardman Lake Cleanup
For the third year, we‘ll work with the BackCountry Hunters and Anglers to do a cleanup on Boardman Lake.
We will work with the Benzie CD in two groups to do this project.
A picnic will for the event.

Chase Bridge to the Canoe Harbor Campground
We will paddle the S Br, stopping for lunch at the Castle.
We‘ll cut the trip short and stop at the Campground or paddle the xtra hour if that‘s what everyone wants to do.
We will paddle from Graves Xing to Webster.
If anyone wants to paddle farther, we can arrange that for them.
We‘ll stop for lunch at the New landing at Old State Rd.
We will work with the Kalkaska Conservation District to cleanup from M612 to M72 with three groups.
We‘ll try to have a picnic afterwards.
We‘ll work with the Little Forks Conservancy to do a cleanup on the Golden Cedar River in Gladwin, MI.
It‘s a long drive but worth your time.
We will work with the Anglers of the AuSable.
We‘ll go from the Castle to the Canoe Harbor Campground.
Then we will have lunch at the big picnic at the Gate‘s Lodge.
We‘ll work with the KCD and the Kingsley ODAC to do a cleanup from M72 to Yellow Trees in two groups.
We‘ll have lunch afterwards at the BK in Kalkaska.
We will paddle the downtown section and have lunch afterwards at the KFC.
The BRCS will buy your lunch.
